Twenty Questions

I recently saw an idea where the mother has a list of twenty questions she asks her child every year on their birthday.  She documents them (along with a photo) and adds them to a scrap book.  She indicates it's fun to see how the child's answers vary each year.  This is something I hope to do with my girls.

Out of curiosity I decided to ask Evie the questions.  I did leave a few out that I knew she wouldn't understand.  But overall I was really amazed that she was really able to just think about the question and respond with an appropriate answer.  I loved hearing her favorites:0)

what is your favorite toy?   dinosaur  (it's actually Layla's toy and she had just been playing with it so I think it's because it was fresh on her mind)

What is your favorite food?  yogurt

What is your favorite t.v. show?  mickey mouse

What is your favorite thing to eat at lunch?  pickles

What is your favorite thing to wear?  pajamas

What is your favorite game (given examples)?  baseball

What is your favorite snack?  pickles

What is your favorite animal?  tiger

What is your favorite song?  driving my truck (from music class)

What is your favorite book?  mickey mouse

Who is your best friend?  Aida

What is your favorite thing to do outside?  play bubbles

What is your favorite drink?  milk

What is your favorite holiday (given examples)?  Halloween

What do you like to take to bed at night?  my babies

What is your favorite think to eat at breakfast?  yogurt smoothies
