Because every princess deserves a princess pumpkin, right?
Well one day my friend Renee had pinned this wonderful idea for carving a pumpkin on pinterest. I had been looking at it on my pinterest app on my phone and later Evie picked up phone and it was still on the screen. Her eyes lit up and she said, "Mommy I saw a princess pumpkin on your phone. We need to do that." She was very excited about it so we gathered a few items and sat down to carve her pumpkin one afternoon while Layla was taking a nap.
And Evie decided that while carving this pumpkin she was "going to brave" and help take out the seeds.
She then told me she just wanted to get the seeds and she didn't like the "pumpkin poop." I asked her where she learned it was pumpkin poop and this is her response :0)
I was very proud of her for reaching her hand in the pumpkin!
....even if she did need to wipe her hands on a paper towel each time...lol!
Let the fun begin....adding a tiara and some jewels!
The cheesy smile says it all...she was very proud of her pumpkin!
And of course you must wear a princess dress to go with the princess pumpkin....and little sis had woken up from her nap and wanted to get in on the action too!
The next day Rapunzel and friends took over the pumpkin castle.
I love how pascal is in the window too!
...and look who is tied to the chair inside...LOL!
We sure have had fun with this princess pumpkin!
