Growing too quickly!

I feel like I type those words (growing too quickly) in so many of my blog posts, but it is so true!  My girls are just growing up too fast!  Layla is already 9 1/2 months.....well, actually in just one more week she will be 10 months old!  Really?  I feel like yesterday she was just 6 months old!  She is changing so fast weekly right now I thought I'd give her a little more of my "blog space:0)"

First words:

Okay so of course she babbles "mama" and "dada" not necessarily holding the true meaning....although the other day she was frustrated and wanted me to pick her up so crawled after me with a very direct, Mama....which made me smile!  But other than that she has been saying "dae" (dance) and bouncing up and down when she hears music, especially a familiar tune.  Also, the other day we were playing with bubbles in the tub and she started saying " buh-buh" then looking up for more bubbles!  

Teeth!!!!

We finally have our first two teeth.  I took this picture last week when the first one popped through.  This week the second one finally came through as well!  I'm gonna miss those gummy smiles!

Over the last two days she has started standing independently.  She thinks she is pretty big stuff and we can tell she is quite proud of herself too!

Camera-shy....not a bit.  How can you be when mommy has a camera in your face daily...lol!  But this is our new beautiful "cheesy" grin!  Guess she is pretty proud of those two new teeth and wants us to see them as well!

She is very determined to keep up with her big sister and definitely watches everything Evie is doing!  Layla-bug we just love to watch you grow and learn every day!!!!!
