We are a simple family of four. We try to make the most out of this journey called life. My husband was born in a small town in New Mexico and I in a small town in Kansas, yet we met in Houston and began our lives together there. After five years of marriage we relocated to Atlanta. We have three beautiful daughters and a crazy black lab! We may take ourselves on some crazy adventures at times but we know we have our faith, our love for each other, and our family that will get us through anything!

Missing our friends!

I think we are all still trying to regroup from having such a wonderful time at the beach.  But even more than being at the beach we are adjusting to missing our friends!

So yesterday afternoon, Evie and I recreated our beach fun in her toy room!  We had so much fun and it "almost" feels like our friends are right here with us!

our friends:0)  I printed a picture from our trip, cut everyone out, then "laminated" them quickly with some packing tape, and taped them to a wooden block so they could stand!

It has been fun watching Evie play with them and hearing Layla say, "Ty-yee" and "Beau."  Evie has already requested one for mommy, daddy, Kelli, and Scott!  I'll have to work on them later:)
