We had a wonderful day with church, brunch, pool time, grilling, celebrating daddy (since it was father's day)! And since the traditional gifts for six years are iron and sugar/sweets....we decided we wanted to get a portable fire pit for outside and make some S'mores! But after a long, busy week we didn't have a chance to go get a fire pit. We have a chimenea pit that we bought shortly after we were married so we decided to get it out and use it......and ended up deciding we really didn't need another round fire pit......SO who says you can't regift a gift to yourself for a six year anniversary:)
That morning I decided to get out my wedding dress and try it on for Evie since she is very into princesses right now. She thought it was great and immediately wanted her "princess" dress on as well. Then she decided she needed to wear my veil too!
And she continued to wear it all morning, even to brush her teeth:0) (Disclaimer: please excuse the dirty mirror...today was not the "clean bathroom" day:)

A perfect evening: music on the IPod, glass of wine, and smores!
Six wonderful years and two amazing little miracles....I couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!!
