Disney on Ice!

On March 30th the girls and I went with our wonderful friend Christin and her son Ryan to see Disney on Ice.  I was so excited to watch Evie's reaction since she is really in to princesses right now.  She has only seen the movie Tangled, so of course Rapunzel is her favorite, but she has many books and pajamas with the other princesses so she is familiar with them and recognizes them.

She was very quiet and attentive throughout the entire show...almost seemed to be in awe....and Layla was such a trooper.  It was cute to see Layla seem to recognize Mickey and Minnie's voices:0)  I didn't realize they would play out the scene from the Lion King where the father falls from the cliff or Snow White in sort of a "coffin" after eating the apple......but it seemed like during the Lion King there was so much going on, Evie didn't seem to notice the meaning of what happened.  She did ask about Snow White later, but the prince did "wake" her up, so we were able to talk about how she was sick but the prince helped make her feel better.  Other than that I think she really enjoyed herself and I enjoyed watching the twinkle in her eye when she saw her favorite princesses:0)
