I really, really can not believe it has already been six months since we were able to hold our sweet little Layla in our arms! She is just the most laid back baby it's incredible! I've said since week one...if people were to have a baby like Layla they would easily want 10 more.....and this still holds true to this day! She is truly our little ray of sunshine!
She has definitely found her feet and loves playing with them!
Food! We started her on solid foods a bit earlier than we did for Evie because she was honestly grabbing for all of our food constantly and watching us as we took every bite. I was almost starting to feel a little guilty! And from butternut squash to green beans to mangos and more........she has absolutely loved everything I have made her! And has just as much fun exploring the bowl and spoon when she is finished eating!
She loves to be outside.....especially if means getting to swing at the park....
.....or go for a ride in the wagon!
She loves her dog and watches her every time they are in the same room!
She is so strong with her legs and loves to stand and "jump" when holding onto her hands!
She is also able to sit up on her own and loves when Big Sis shares some of her toys!
Little Layla Bug, you have brought us more joy over the last six months than you will ever know! We want to bottle you up and keep you little, but at the same time we love watching you grow!!!!
