Well....my sweet girl was so tired after her party she fell asleep on the sofa:0) Such a sweet little face!!!
Later in the day I was getting dinner together in the kitchen and I noticed Evie playing with some of her new toys in the living room.....and I was so glad I was able to get a quick video of her. One of her gifts was a paper doll princess set (Thank you Sofia and Mimi...she loves it!). Anyway, she had the princesses set up and dressed and was pretending she was Rapunzel. She read them a story and gave them some princess lessons (just like Rapunzel did at her party:0)
Oh my gosh I just love her and her imagination so much!!!!
Well I also tried to explain to Evie that her real birthday was in two more days and on that day she would turn 3. Explaining we had her party early so it could be when daddy was home and not at work.
Her first question was, "Can I have a Belle party on my birthday?" Ha! I explained again we would have a special day for her with layla and I and then daddy too when he gets home from work. Then she asked if she was going to be 4 on her birthday (I think in her mind she turned 3 on Saturday at her party, so if this was the next birthday she would turn 4 right?). Such a hard concept to grasp when you are so young!
She told Mike and I both several times she was so excited Rapunzel came to her party. I love how it was still on her mind and making her little heart so happy throughout the rest of the day!
We love you tiny princess!!!!
