We are a simple family of four. We try to make the most out of this journey called life. My husband was born in a small town in New Mexico and I in a small town in Kansas, yet we met in Houston and began our lives together there. After five years of marriage we relocated to Atlanta. We have three beautiful daughters and a crazy black lab! We may take ourselves on some crazy adventures at times but we know we have our faith, our love for each other, and our family that will get us through anything!

Baptisms, Birthdays, and a bunch more!

Whew....July has been a busy, but wonderful month full of many activities.  Needless to say I am now a little behind on my blog!   So I'm going to back track for just a moment!

Baptism!  On July 3rd we baptized our sweet Layla!  We had a wonderful long weekend with family, friends, and neighbors!  The actual baptism was short and sweet, but meaningful of course!  There was only one other baby being baptized at the same time.  Both Layla and the other baby slept throughout most of the ceremony.  Layla woke up when they were actually pouring the water on her head, but she did wonderful during the celebration!
