We are a simple family of four. We try to make the most out of this journey called life. My husband was born in a small town in New Mexico and I in a small town in Kansas, yet we met in Houston and began our lives together there. After five years of marriage we relocated to Atlanta. We have three beautiful daughters and a crazy black lab! We may take ourselves on some crazy adventures at times but we know we have our faith, our love for each other, and our family that will get us through anything!

32 weeks!

Wow!  I can't believe we are already at 32 weeks!  We've had so much going on during this pregnancy that it seems to have just gone by so fast!  I had my third appointment with my new doctor.....well, my second with the actual doctor (the first one I just saw the midwife).  I have to admit that reality of changing doctors in the middle of my pregnancy brought a few tears during my first meeting with the doctor.  She was very nice and sweet........change is just hard!  But after this second visit I felt even better.  She is really great, was very sensitive, listened to all of my concerns, and answered all my questions.

She also had us do an ultrasound at this visit just to get an update on the growth since I was new to their office.  Of course I was excited about this as it's always fun to get to see our little girl!  And everything looked wonderful on the ultrasound.....thank God for such blessings!  She measured exactly 31 weeks and 6 days.....with a due date of April 14th......which is exactly where she should be!  The doctor also said all of her measurements are exactly 50% and she is weighing approximately 4 lbs. 4 oz.

She is transverse right now........which would explain why my belly frequently gets disproportioned and uncomfortable at times.  (This happened with Evie but she was head down early on so not as much as with this one).  The doctor said it's not alarming at this point because she is still able to rotate and move around to get in the head down position.   I guess I would be more worried had I not ended up with a c-section with Evie and have another one scheduled for this little girl!  But it would be much more comfortable for me if she would rotate! ........she must know i'm talking about her because I think she just got the hiccups:0)

We are still working on a name......I think we are getting closer:0)  I didn't realize it would be so much harder to name the second one!

I'm still feeling great and say your prayers my protein levels and blood pressure continue to stay where they should so I don't develop the pre-eclampsia signs like I did with Evie so I don't get put on partial bedrest again!

We thank God everyday for our second little miracle and blessing!  We can't wait to meet her!
